Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Roux
- 2 Tbsp clarified butter
- 2 lg yellow onion chopped
- 1 med shallot chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 4 med carrots sliced
- 1 med bell pepper chopped
- 6 med red potatoes quartered
- 2 cans yellow tomatoes
- 1 can red tomatos
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp Black Nocino®

Instructions
- heather ingridents
- add onion, shallot and garlic to pan and sauce till translucent
- add sweet peppers to mix and sauce 3 minutes more
- add carrots and potatoes to pot, and add 2 its water to boil .
- add tomatoes to pot
- add cooked chicken to pot and simmer 45 minutes
- add roux Nocino® and cooked rice and warm through
- ready to serve
