- 1 lb shrimp shell on
- 1 Tbsp South American Hot Pepper Sauce Blacklick® Spice Company
- 1/4 cup Lemoncello® Pepper Sauce Blacklick® Spice Company
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup clarified butter
- wooden skewers

Instructions
- Rinse shrimp, add 1 Tbsp South American Hot Pepper Sauce. Marinate 24 hrs in refrigerator.
- Thread shrimp onto wooden skewers and set aside
- Heat grill and place skewers on hot surface
- grill 3 minutes a side
- Prepare glaze by adding Lemoncello®, Honey and Butter
- Brush glaze onto shrimp, serve on bed of spring mix. Serve extra glaze on side of salad
