Why we started:

Over 30 years ago we could not find a commercial hot sauce free of preservatives, stabilizers, or artificial ingredients.

We set out to create our products in the same way Grandma would make them: All Natural, Gluten Free, Preservative Free.

Our goal is to create products that reflect our core values; utilizing the finest principles of science and environmental stewardship.

Since then, we’ve worked hard to perfect our manufacturing process to achieve just that.

We use fresh ingredients and source locally for best quality.

We work to keep everything all natural just like in the old days.

We have sauces that fit every description such as classic, savory, delicate, simple, complex, layered, European, Asian, Country, Tropical, and cutting edge.

We also offer specialty sauces for our commercial customers who want the same old- fashioned quality for their businesses.

  2. Hi there- my husband and I have loved buying your hot sauce at the Memorial farmer’s market. We are hosting a party on Thursday, Feb 14th and would like to hand out bottles of your hot sauce as favors. Could you have 90 bottles available by then? A variety of flavors is fine!
