Ingredients
- 2 1/2 chicken breast cooked
- 1 whole cucumber diced
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce low sodium
- 1/4 cup peanuts dry roasted, and chopped
- 4 cup romaine lettuce chopped roughly
- 1 whole tomato diced
- 1/2 cup green onions diced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp lime juice fresh is best
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil good quality
- 1 tsp Lemoncello®Lime Sauce or to taste

Instructions
- Using fork thread chicken meat
- Put lettuce in large bowl
- Top Lettuce with chicken, cucumber, tomato, and onion
- In a small bowl whisk together broth, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and Lemoncello®Lime
- Pour mixture over salad and top with peanuts just prior to serving
