- 1 3-4 lb chicken cut up
- 3 tsp salt
- 3 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup Instant Luau Glaze South American flavor

Instructions
- Rinse, pat dry, and season chicken parts with salt and pepper. Mix chicken parts with 1/2 of the Instant luau™ glaze. Place in zipper bag and allow to marinate 2-3 hours.
- Place chicken on preheated medium low grill away from direct fire and cook turning frequently until done about 30 minutes.
- Once done cooking, baste with the remaining glaze until a shiny coat forms. Let rest 5 minutes and enjoy
