  1. Rinse, pat dry, and season chicken parts with salt and pepper. Mix chicken parts with 1/2 of the Instant luau™ glaze. Place in zipper bag and allow to marinate 2-3 hours.
  2. Place chicken on preheated medium low grill away from direct fire and cook turning frequently until done about 30 minutes.
  3. Once done cooking, baste with the remaining glaze until a shiny coat forms. Let rest 5 minutes and enjoy

  1. Mix all ingredients except meat together to blend. Place in a large freezer bag, or vacuum sealer bag.
    Fresh Maui Ribs
  2. Add meat to bag and mix well. marinate in refrigerator for 4 days, turning at least twice a day.
  3. After 4 days, drain marinade, and pat meat dry.
  4. Grill over low heat about 5-8 minutes to avoid scorching.

  1. Rinse the pork roast and pat it dry. Score the fatty side. Spread on papaya meat tenderizer if desired. Pierce the pork roast all over with a fork and place it in a sealed plastic bag for 30 minutes to tenderize.
  2. Remove the roast from the bag and place it on the indirect heat side of the grill. Roast/smoke it over very low heat, while basting every 15 minutes with Instant Luau Glaze. Keep the roast away from direct flames to avoid scorching the glaze.
  3. Roast the meat in this way for 1 1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer registers 170 degrees in the center. Remove from heat and allow the meat to rest for 15 minutes. Slice and serve.

  1. Combine all ingredients except sliced onion and chicken into the bowl of a food processor and mix well. Cover the bottom of a shallow baking dish with a small amount of the sauce. Place chicken in the dish, skin side down, and cover with 1/2 of the remaining sauce. Place a aluminum foil tent over the pan. Place in a pre-heated 350 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes. Turn the chicken over and bake 20 minutes longer. Remove the aluminum foil tent. Place onion slices on chicken and baste with the remaining sauce. Raise the oven temperature to 400 degrees, or place under broiler for 5-10 minutes for glaze to form. Remove from oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
