Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 lb Conch cleaned and diced
- 1/4 cup orange juice fresh
- 2 Tbsp lime juice fresh
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 1 Tbsp Lemoncello® Lime Blacklick®Spice Company
- 1 whole jalepeno pepper minced
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1/2 whole european cucumber peeled and minced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper minced
- 1/2 red bell pepper minced
- 1/4 red onion minced
- 1/2 cup tomato diced fresh
- 1 avocado diced

- Gather ingridents
- Combine all ingredients except tomato and avocado in large nonreactive bowl, Stir and refrigerate for 2 hours to blend flavors.
- Add tomato and avocado to bowl, fold in gently and serve in chilled bowls.
