Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk canned
- 1 Tbsp South American Hot Pepper Sauce Blacklick Spice Company
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil good quality
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds ground
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 pinch salt

Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high till well incorporated. Taste and admire salt or hot sauce if desired. Pour mixture into a small bowl and refrigerate several hours until it sets. Use just like mayo
