Ingredients
- 2 medium eggplant
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 3 cloves garlic roasted
- 2 tbsp Lemoncello™ Hot Pepper Sauce Blacklick Spice Company
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 package pita bread

Instructions
- Roast eggplant on grill. Place eggplant in bowl and cool. Remove skin; add tahini, garlic, Lemoncello™, cumin, salt, cayenne pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil to the bowl. Mix until well combined ( use potato masher or fork. Add smoked paprika and stir gently. Chill and serve with pita bread.
