Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 3 fresh eggs beaten
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 cup walnuts yolo red
- 1/8 cup white raisins

Instructions
- Preheat oven 300 deg F Spray baking pans.

- Mix eggs, vinegar, bananas, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract and stir.

- Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg, salt, walnuts, and raisins. Mix well
- Pour into loaf pan

- Bake in over 1 hour until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

- cool in pan for 10 min. Remove to cooling rack to cool completely
