Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 Tablespoons chopped scallions
- ½ Cup carrot sticks
- ½ Cup snow peas or sugar snap peas
- ½ Cup white miso paste
- ¼ Cup Mirin (sweet rice wine available at most grocery stores)
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Tablespoons fresh ginger minced
- 4 - 6 oz snapper fillets ( or any form white fish like cod or halibut work well too)
- 1 Bunch bok choy (keep 4 whole leaves and coarsely chop the rest)
