- 3/4 tsp Corriander seeds
- 3/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest finely grated fresh
- 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes crushed
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- 1 cup parsley leaves
- 1//2 cup mint leaves

Instructions
- Toast coriander and cumin in a small dry skillet about 2 minutes, until fragrant. Stir to keep from scorching.
- cool coriander and cumin, and lightly crush with a heavy skillet.
- Place coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, red pepper flakes, and dash of red Habanero sauce in blender and puree until mixture is very smooth
- Add fresh cilantro, parsley, and mint. Pulse until mixture is well blended but still textured. keep in airtight container.
