- 1 lb. fresh raw, headless, unpeeled shrimp
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp orange habanero Pepper sauce Blacklick® Spice Company
- Add salt to water and bring to boil. Add Orange Habanero Pepper Sauce, Shrimp and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 3-5 minutes, depending on size of shrimp. (Shrimp is cooked with opaque in center when tested by cutting in half.) Drain shrimp. Rinse shrimp thoroughly under cold running water.
- Note: If shrimp has been peeled, reduce salt to ½ tsp. and cooking time to 2-3 minutes depending on size of shrimp.
