Ingredients
- 1/4 cp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup annatto powder
- 1/4 cup black pepper coarse, restaurant grind
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp ground celery seed
- 2 tsp orange habanero Pepper sauce

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, mix well. Season ribs all over
- place bone side down in smoker heated to 240. Turn and baste with apple juice every hr for 4-5 hrs. Done when 2 side by side bones putt apart easily.
