Ingredients
- 3 cups diced cooked turkey
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon ground sage
- ½ cup soft bread crumbs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped green pepper
- Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in saucepan, blend in flour and cream and stir until thickened. Add turkey and all the other ingredients except the remaining butter. Melt these 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet and add the turkey mixture.
- Saute uncovered for 25 minutes. If desired, brown the top of the hash under the broiler before serving.
