Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cracked wheat fine
- 1 cup parsley fresh minced
- 1/2 cup mint leaves fresh minced
- 1/2 cup yellow onion finely chopped sweet onion
- 3 medium tomatos diced
- 2 medium cucumbers diced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp lime juice fresh, or lemon, to taste
- 1 Tbsp sea salt to tast
- 1 Tbsp black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molases to taste
- 1/4 tsp South American Hot Pepper Sauce Blacklick Spice Company LLC

Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, pour water over cracked wheat. Let mixture stand 20 minutes to allow wheat to become soft. Add the chopped herbs and vegetables to bowl and toss to mix. Combine oil, lime juice, salt, peppermolases, and pepper sauces in a bowl. Mix well. Add to wheat mixture, mix well. Chill and serve.
