- 1/4 cup clarified butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound asparagus
- 2 tablespoons Nocino™ Blonde Hot Pepper Sauce Blacklick Spice Company
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Instructions
- Melt butter in shallow pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and saute lightly until translucent.
- Add the asparagus and saute until tender. Add Nocino™ Blonde Hot Pepper Sauce, stir and serve.
