- 2 lb Flat iron steak
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp coffee finely-ground or instant
- 2 Tbsp Black Nocino™ Hot Pepper Sauce Blacklick Spice Company

Instructions
- Pierce steak with fork and season with remaining ingredients. Place in vacuum bag and allow to marinate for 2-4 hours.

- Grill over medium heat with lid open for 5 minutes on each side until the meat is medium rare.

- Let steak rest for 10 minutes prior to carving.
