- 4 pcs chicken breast sliced into very thin strips
- 1/2 cup South American Instant Luau™ Sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato paste sun-dried
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic chopped very finely
- 1 pkg skewers wooden

Instructions
- Thread sliced chicken strips onto skewers.
- In small bowl whisk together: Instant Luau® Sauce, tomato paste, vinegar, and garlic.
- Place skewers into ziplock bag and add 1/2 of sauce mixture. Massage in and put into refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Cook skewers on hot grill 12 minutes. Turn and baste every 2 minutes. ( can be cooked in 400° F oven for 16-18 minutes)
