Turkey Hash
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in saucepan, blend in flour and cream and stir until thickened. Add turkey and all the other ingredients except the remaining butter. Melt these 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet and add the turkey mixture.
  2. Saute uncovered for 25 minutes. If desired, brown the top of the hash under the broiler before serving.
