medium apple
peeled, cored and diced

Instructions
Remove meat from lobsters and cool.
Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet and saute curry powder until well blended.
Add chopped lobster meat, apples, coconut, and raisins. Toss several minutes.
Remove skillet from heat, allow mixture to cool.
Mix in mayonnaise, refrigerate: (may be served at room temperature).
