Basic Fish Grilling Technique
  1. Place steaks. or fillets on hot, well oiled grill.
  2. Grill, allowing 1O minutes per inch of thickness measured at its thickest part; turn once.
  3. Thoroughly brush fish with oil or basting sauce several times during grilling.
  4. Grill until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork at its thickest part.
